Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer until thickened. Set aside.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Assemble each burrito: layer rice, seasoned beef, sour cream, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, crushed chips, and shredded cheeses.
  5. Roll each burrito tightly, tucking in the sides.
  6. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a little butter.
